Qualifications

  • Maintenance Planner/Supervisor with hands on experience within a process plant or similar large industry application.
  • Experience to organize, schedule and manage repairs, and maintenance strategy and work to ensure high availability of plant and equipment.
  • Work Order Management - CMMS (computer literate).
  • Able to identify spare parts and specialised tools for the repair work identified.
  • Mechanical Engineering degree with 3-5 years hands on tools experience poste qualification.
  • Good communicator; ensuring the relevant instructions are carried out and work completed.
  • Computer literate: essential with Excel and CMMS system.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise maintenance activities to maximise plant availability.
  • Organise scheduling of repairs and maintenance tasks; implement maintenance strategies.
  • Manage work orders using CMMS; ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Identify required spare parts and tools for planned repairs.
