Job summary

BMW Group SA in Rosslyn is seeking a Maintenance Planner to anticipate production delays by planning maintenance resources, parts, materials and equipment access.

You will create and maintain preventative maintenance plans in SAP, prepare reports, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements in planning, scheduling and reporting systems. This role reports to the Painted Body Maintenance Planning Manager and requires an engineering degree and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing, maintenance technician or maintenance planning role.
• Experience with SAP (STARD) – Planned Maintenance and Processing.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards and legal standards linked to manufacturing technology.
• RCA training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all planned maintenance activities at the site.
• Create and maintain Preventative Maintenance plans, BOMs, part numbers, standard work routines, and task lists in SAP.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve plant operations.
• Improve planning systems to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Plan and execute Major Repair, Maintenance and Invest projects.
