Job summary

Tsebo Solutions Group is seeking a Maintenance Planning & Administration professional to support planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple sites. You will monitor work orders, assist with procurement and liaise with contractors to ensure safety standards are upheld.

In this role, you will compile technical reports, maintain records, and provide admin support to Technical Managers. A strong focus on quality, safety, and collaboration with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Matric with strong basic computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Extensive CMMS knowledge and Planned Preventative Maintenance processes.
• 2–3 years in maintenance planning or technical administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in compiling weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly technical reports.
• Allocate and monitor technical work orders.
• Ensure preventative maintenance work orders are issued to maintenance teams.
• Track work order completion and ensure closure within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain accurate records and update open work orders regularly.
• Follow up with technical teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Log faults with the Helpdesk and monitor progress until resolution.
• Issue work permits and monitor contractor compliance with safety standards.
