Job summary

RCPM is a forward-thinking mining services company focused on innovation, safety and environmental stewardship. We require a Maintenance Planner to plan and schedule activities to maximise equipment availability and maintenance efficiency.

You will develop maintenance schedules, coordinate activities, monitor backlogs, manage spares with Stores, maintain records, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports. At least a technical qualification and CMMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP or Pragma.
• Experience in mining or heavy-equipment maintenance.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.
• Good computer literacy and reporting capability.
