Job summary

Tsebo Facilities Solutions in Sun City is seeking an organized Maintenance Planner to oversee preventative maintenance across multiple sites. You will coordinate CMMS workflows, monitor work orders, and track performance to ensure timely completion of tasks.

You will also assist with technical reporting, purchase orders, RFQs, and invoice verification while coordinating contractors and maintaining SHEQ compliance across sites. A Matric and 2–3 years in maintenance planning are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years' experience in maintenance planning or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of PPM processes and CMMS systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.

What We Are Looking For
