Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience leading and managing maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems, preferably Pragma.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment reliability.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to achieve objectives.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with minimal production impact.
• Oversee repairs, fault-finding and breakdown investigations.
• Drive preventative and predictive maintenance across operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relationships.
• Ensure safety, environmental and legal compliance.
