Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance department to ensure safe, reliable plant operation and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and CMMS tracking.
• Oversee building, facilities upgrades, and equipment installations across the plant.
• Collaborate with Engineering to drive technical improvement projects and cost control.
