• Drive the shift to proactive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ensure reliability and performance of plant equipment, including processing systems, packaging lines, and utilities.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as OEE, downtime, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act, safety regulations, and food safety standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digital maintenance initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage supplier and contractor relationships.

• Manage maintenance budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digital maintenance initiatives (CMMS)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage supplier and contractor relationships
