Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to minimize production disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in Stellenbosch .
• Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs.
