Qualifications

• Diploma in office administration or related field required.
• Advanced diploma in Office administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Avis Managed Maintenance Authorisations for Service, Repair and Maintenance Contract (R&M) requests.
• Assist with technical queries and escalated enquiries from MM to relevant stakeholders.
• Draw up, communicate and manage the process flow for Service, Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) Contracts.
• Manage the complete Masterfile of contracts for all Trucks under Service and Maintenance contracts.
• Verify monthly MM billing from Avis to BTS to confirm validity and submit valid goodwill requests.
• Process MM Invoicing from Avis according to finance department payment procedure.
• Provide official order numbers for all breakdowns completed for retail clients to dealers and suppliers.
• Process Dealer & supplier invoices.
• Provide operational inputs, costing analyses and report approved Cost Per Kilometre (CPK) rates charged to customers.
• Attend to Call Centre enquiries and standby for customer requests.
• Assist with contract extension costing and early termination penalty calculations.
• Perform service history analyses for customers per audit requirements.
• Produce maintenance contract expense reporting for the finance department.
• Generate month-end reporting on maintenance contract performance.
• Support with debtors and creditors queries.
