Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of machine design experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of kinematics, dynamics, control systems and manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial automation and machine safety standards a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work in a hybrid remote/on-site team.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer custom machinery and systems from concept to detail design.
• Develop detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and BOMs for components.
• Perform stress, thermal, and dynamic analysis using FEA and simulations.
• Select components, materials and manufacturing processes for performance.
• Collaborate with electrical, software teams to integrate control systems.
• Oversee prototype, testing, and support installation and commissioning.
