Job summary
Luxury Hotel & Spa in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands is seeking a gracious Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome guests, manage bookings and keep reception running smoothly.
This permanent, full-time role offers a market-related salary and a peaceful working environment, with opportunities to grow within the property. Weekend and public holiday shifts required; own transport recommended.
Qualifications
- Reception or guest relations experience in luxury settings.
- Warm, polished manner and excellent communication.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident with bookings, payments, and POS systems; proficient in MS Office.
- Calm under pressure and committed to excellent service.
- Willing to work weekends/public holidays; own transport recommended.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in spa guests warmly.
- Manage spa bookings, appointments, and inquiries.
- Coordinate therapist schedules and room availability.
- Advise guests on treatments, packages and products.
- Process payments and handle daily administration.
- Liaise with hotel departments for seamless guest experience.
- Keep reception and retail area immaculate.
