You will manage bookings, greet clients, handle inquiries, coordinate therapists, maintain records, process payments, and support front-desk and staff training. A passion for wellness and service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa, salon, hotel or customer-facing admin role required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings and schedule treatments and consultations.
• Greet clients and maintain a welcoming spa atmosphere.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email and in person promptly.
• Coordinate therapists' schedules for optimal coverage.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment history.
• Process payments, manage cash float and retail sales.
• Maintain spa supplies and inventory levels; place orders as needed.
• Ensure high hygiene standards and a pristine spa environment.
• Assist with staff training and front-desk procedures.
• Collaborate with management to promote services and offers.
• Uphold the spa's luxury reputation and guest experience.
