The role requires hands-on leadership, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to coordinate with guides, kitchen, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality settings is required or highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to lead a team, manage operations, and maintain high service standards.
