Job summary

Hoseki Restaurant, part of the Lodges & Spa, seeks a Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient operation and profitability of Hoseki Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Pool Terrace. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will coordinate daily operations, lead staff, manage wine lists with the Sommelier, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining budgets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in luxury or fine dining establishments preferred.
• Good communication, high attention to detail and stress management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of full portfolio
• Deliver superior service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Engage with guests to address needs and complaints
• Collaborate with Sommelier on wine lists and in-room wine updates
• Staff recruitment, rosters, and overtime management
