• 2–3 years of general management in a high-volume, upmarket restaurant operation.
• Solid financial acumen and understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead from the front.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Very well presented with excellent communication skills in English.
• Must have own, reliable transport.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to travel at own expense for interviews.
