Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or Matric is essential with a hospitality-related diploma or degree.
• 3–5 years of Restaurant/F&B management experience, preferably in luxury lodges.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, staff leadership and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Lead staff, schedule rosters, train on service standards and wine knowledge.
• Maintain five-star presentation, guest hospitality and safety compliance.
• Manage stock, costs and supplier coordination to hit GP targets.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and lodge management for seamless service.
