Job summary

HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Leisure Reservationist for a Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa in Pretoria. The role centers on coordinating multi-department itineraries to blend luxury accommodation, spa packages, fine dining, and estate experiences into a seamless pre-arrival process.

You will manage inquiries across channels, convert leads, and collaborate with Spa, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to meet special requests and dietary preferences, while ensuring data accuracy in the PMS and

Qualifications

2–3 years in hotel reservations or leisure coordination within 4–5 star hospitality.
Experience with Opera or Protel PMS.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or Tourism preferred.
Spa/wellness booking platform experience preferred.
High-touch guest liaison and luxury sales experience.
Strong data accuracy and discretion for guest information.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of leisure inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels with a welcoming first impression.
Convert qualified leads into bookings using product knowledge and upsell opportunities.
Construct and verify detailed guest itineraries with Spa, F&B, and Housekeeping teams.
Capture and maintain guest data in the PMS in line with POPIA.
Generate, audit, and distribute daily and future arrival reports.
Follow up on quotations and tentative bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
