Job summary

Hospitality and Outdoor in Gauteng invites a dedicated Leisure Reservationist to join a prestigious 4-star wine estate. You will be the central contact for all leisure reservations, guiding guests from enquiry to stay, coordinating accommodations, spa, dining and special experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hotel reservations, strong communication and sales skills, and familiarity with Opera or Protel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hotel reservations or leisure coordination.
• Experience in an upmarket or luxury hospitality environment.
• Spa or wellness reservation experience advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong guest liaison, relationship-building and sales conversion abilities.
• Knowledge of spa, dining, events and leisure package coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage all leisure reservations and guest enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through proactive selling.
• Coordinate accommodation, spa, dining and leisure experiences.
• Assist with planning and managing guest itineraries.
• Promote estate facilities, packages and special offers.
• Deliver personalised guest communication and service.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Collaborate with operational departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support occupancy targets and revenue optimisation initiatives.
• Uphold luxury hospitality standards and service excellence.
