Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent valued.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage; training provided.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and peak hours are common in boutique retail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm, personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present and sell fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.
• Follow up with clients to develop lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Stay updated with collections, craftsmanship, launches and luxury jewellery trends.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
