Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, enthusiasm and drive essential.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage, training provided.
• Flexible schedule required for peak retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients to create a warm luxury experience.
• Build relationships and become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Present and sell fine jewellery with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards sales targets with uncapped commission rewarding performance.
• Follow up with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Stay updated on collections, craftsmanship and new launches.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance and professionalism.
