Job summary

Browns, a proudly South African family-owned luxury jewellery business founded in 1934, is seeking a Luxury Sales Associate to join our boutique. You will combine your sales ability with exceptional client service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for luxury.

You will welcome clients, build relationships, present and sell fine jewellery, work toward sales targets with uncapped commission, and stay up to date with collections and launches.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm, ambition and sales talent are valued above all.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage, but training is provided for the right drive and presentation.
• Flexible schedule is key, as our boutique thrives during peak retail hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
