Browns, a family-owned luxury jewellery retailer in South Africa, is hiring a Luxury Sales Associate to blend sales skill with exceptional client service and product knowledge.

You will welcome clients, build relationships, and present collections with confidence, aiming to meet targets and earn with uncapped commission. Browns offers training, a storied legacy since 1934 and opportunities to grow within a growing international brand.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, but enthusiasm, ambition and talent for sales matter most.
• Experience in retail or luxury sales is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
• Flexible schedule is key, with peak retail hours including weekends.
