As a Jewellery Advisor, you’ll welcome clients, build lasting relationships, and present our fine jewellery collections with confidence. Your role includes working towards targets with uncapped commission and growing with Browns.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm and sales drive valued.
• Retail or luxury sales experience is advantageous.
• Flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the luxury world.
• Represent Browns with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
