Browns Jewellers in Vanderbijlpark invites dynamic Luxury Sales Associates to join our iconic family-owned jeweller. You will combine sales ability with exceptional client service and in-depth product knowledge to help clients find items they’ll treasure.

In this role you will build lasting relationships, work toward sales targets with uncapped commission, stay current on collections, and represent the Browns brand with elegance and confidence.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree preferred; enthusiasm, ambition, and sales talent valued.
• Retail or luxury sales experience is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage with clients, creating a warm and personalised luxury experience.
• Build genuine relationships and become a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Present and sell our fine jewellery collections with confidence and product knowledge.
• Work towards and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission rewarding your performance.
• Follow up with clients and develop lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Stay up to date with our collections, craftsmanship, product launches and the world of luxury jewellery.
• Represent the Browns brand with elegance, professionalism and confidence.
