Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years' experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 5 years in a senior hotel management or General Manager position.
• Proven experience in luxury boutique hotels or five-star environments.
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation.

• Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans.
• Champion guest experience and manage feedback.
• Lead and mentor department heads and operational teams.
