Qualifications

• 4+ years in housekeeping or laundry, with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
• Experience managing hotel housekeeping teams and laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
