Job summary

Kerzner International is seeking a waiter for One&Only Cape Town to deliver exceptional and personalised service in a dynamic, luxury setting. The role requires multitasking across tables, understanding Nobu concepts, menus, and beverage offerings, and clear communication with guests and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to work under pressure, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with strong beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong beverage knowledge and service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and personalised service to guests.
• Efficiently manage tables within the assigned section.
• Assist with bussing, food running, and station maintenance as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and communicate orders accurately to kitchen/bar.
