Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
• Ensure consistent adherence to high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene.
• Train, mentor, and schedule F&B staff to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies in coordination with the F&B Manager.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
