Placements24 is seeking a charismatic Boutique Hotel General Manager to lead a premier property in Centurion. This hands-on role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, controlling costs, and upholding brand standards in a luxury setting.

You will manage a high-performing team, optimize occupancy and profitability, and maintain the property’s distinctive charm. A strong background in luxury hospitality, strategic thinking, and excellent leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a boutique or luxury setting.
• Proven success in P&L management, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation across all departments.
