Placements24 is seeking a Banquet and Catering Service Manager in Upington, Northern Cape, to lead service teams at luxury events, from intimate dinners to large-scale functions. The role demands extensive experience in high-end catering service management, exceptional leadership, and a passion for flawless guest experiences.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive experience in banquet or catering service management, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume event venue.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong understanding of fine dining service standards and event protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
