Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on banqueting or event operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale events and catering operations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banqueting and event catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the highest service standards.
• Manage and develop the banqueting team, including staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and motivation.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with client requirements and quality expectations.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, control costs, and monitor profitability of banqueting services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Implement and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the banqueting areas.
