Job summary

Cape Grace, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, seeks a Spa Therapist to deliver professional massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic services at the Fairmont Spa. You will ensure maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromising guest care while maintaining knowledge of all spa treatments, products and facilities.

You will provide courteous service to guests and members, manage treatment protocols, and contribute to a seamless spa experience in a five-star setting on Cape Town's V&A Waterfront.

Qualifications

• Must possess outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; flexible with working hours.
• Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, PMS systems and spa software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers professional massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic services as trained.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and sanitary conditions in treatment rooms.
• Provides accurate information about services and facilities to guests.
• Ensures safety, privacy and comfort of guests during treatments.
• Supports spa operations and assists other departments to meet guest needs.
• Participates in training and orientation of new colleagues as required.
