Job summary

Fairmont Spa in Cape Town seeks a qualified Spa Therapist to deliver professional massage therapy, body treatments, and aesthetic services in line with Fairmont standards. You will ensure guest safety, maintain cleanliness, and provide accurate information about all spa offerings to Guests & Members.

Requirements include English fluency (additional languages an asset), a National Diploma in Somatology or Beauty Therapy and international massage qualifications (CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC/IHBC).

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding guest service skills and professional presentation.
• English fluency; additional languages are an asset.
• Minimum two years' spa or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of spa operations and products is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage therapy, body treatments and aesthetic services per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions at all times.
• Provide accurate information about spa offerings to guests and members.
• Ensure safety and compliance with health regulations and hotel policies.
• Assist guests with spa facilities and collaborate with hotel departments.
