Qualifications

• National Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Proficient in a wide range of spa treatments and skincare protocols.
• Previous retail or product sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massages, facials and body therapies.
• Create a welcoming, relaxing and personalised guest experience.
• Conduct guest consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Promote and sell spa retail products.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Assist with spa bookings, reception duties and treatment postings.
• Assist with stock takes and general spa administration.
• Work closely with the Spa team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and guest service at all times.
