Job summary

The South African Breweries is seeking a Delivery Productivity Manager in Gauteng to drive service level and optimize delivery modes. You will lead in-trade coaching, ensure data integrity, and support cost-effective distribution while upholding SOPs.

Applicants should have a 3-year tertiary degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, at least 2 years in FMCG customer service, and a Code 08 driver's license. SAP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-year tertiary degree/diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within FMCG supply chain/logistics
• Valid Code 08 Driver's License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• SAP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• In-trade coaching with MBFU, refusals and OODD
• Ensure delivery modes are cost-effective and SOP-compliant
• Verify master data accuracy
• Perform in-trade Owner Driver verifications
• Adhere to market visit plans and SOPs; weekly visits
• Establish SLA with 2DCP for daily capacity optimization
• Train drivers on quality issues and handling
• Track consumer complaints and implement action plans
