Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within warehouse/logistics.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and accuracy through effective control procedures.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment operation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.
