Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
• Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity goals are met.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
