Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics or warehouse supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or supply chain is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of warehouse and transportation personnel.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security regulations in the warehouse environment.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
