Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse staff and operations effectively.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and WMS.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Ensure all goods are handled and stored correctly to prevent damage and spoilage.
• Coordinate with transportation providers for timely inbound and outbound logistics.
