Job summary

Techbridge Recruitment is seeking an experienced logistics specialist in South Africa to own 3PL operations, oversee local outbound deliveries, and manage LSP performance. The role requires hands-on problem solving from identification to final resolution and flexibility for overtime including a Saturday stock count each month.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is able to challenge providers, and leverages SAP and Excel to optimize stock and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant 3PL/logistics experience.
• Strong, assertive communicator.
• Able to challenge LSPs and drive resolution.
• SAP highly advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Own transport preferred.
• Available for overtime and one Saturday stock count per month.

Responsibilities

• Local outbound deliveries.
• LSP / transport provider management.
• Delivery delays & failed collections.
• Shortages, damages & discrepancies.
• Returns & reverse logistics.
• Claims & credits.
• POD/IOD management.
• SLA/KPI performance.
• Daily delivery queries & escalations.
• Stock transfers & stock counts.
