DHL Supply Chain South Africa is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, lead a frontline team, and ensure safety, quality, and performance targets are met. You will drive productivity, adherence to SOPs, and accurate stock control in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires strong leadership, logistics experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, with exposure to WMOS and Kronos being a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade12 completed.
• Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management or Supply Chain required.
• Computer literate with basic software skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMOS and Kronos is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage the operation to ensure safe, efficient performance.
• Drive and develop the team culture and productivity.
• Deliver and monitor KPIs and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality control and accurate stock management.
• Oversee time and attendance using Kronos and related systems.
• Participate in stock counts and ensure safe, clean work environment.
• Enforce health, safety and SHERQ rules and procedures.
