Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group, through DHL Supply Chain South Africa, is seeking an Inventory Lead to plan, coordinate, supervise and report on the inventory team, ensuring inventory integrity and minimizing stock loss liabilities. You will develop and maintain inventory processes, manage stock counts and audits, produce KPI reports and train staff to implement standard operating procedures across shifts.

• Diploma in Inventory Management is required.
• English – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and minimize stock loss liabilities.
• Plan and manage stock counts and audits of inventory.
• Develop and maintain effective inventory processes including warehouse management systems.
• Produce accurate KPI reports and recommend SOP changes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Train team members on inventory control procedures and ensure full SOP implementation.
• Manage and motivate inventory team across all shifts and control budgeted hours.
