Job summary

DHL South Africa is seeking a highly organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator in Nelspruit to optimize end-to-end operations, ensure timely deliveries, and support regional distribution. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Logistics or SCM, and strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and transportation providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is mandatory and Six Sigma or APICS certifications are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in a large-scale distribution environment.
• Proven experience in managing regional transport networks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse managers, and transport providers to optimize routes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including customs and compliance paperwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies and manage returns processes efficiently.
