The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in logistics coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency with logistics software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination, operations, or similar role.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures, transportation modes and carrier management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration abilities.
• Based in South Africa with reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and status updates.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
• Monitor shipments and address delays or issues with timely resolutions.
• Assist in optimizing transportation routes and modes for cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external partners about logistics status and requirements.
