Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Logistics Manager in Durbanville to oversee all logistics and supply chain operations. You will coordinate transport, warehousing, and export activities to ensure timely movement of goods while liaising with shipping lines, agents and customers.

The role requires strong knowledge of freight forwarding, inventory management and ERP systems, plus excellent planning, communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in agricultural, export, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/logistics management systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational and negotiation skills.
