Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics management or fleet operations at supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, fleet maintenance, and routing techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and standard office tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in both office and field environments.
• Relevant degree or professional certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day fleet operations including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
• Supervise and train drivers and dispatch personnel with a focus on safety and professionalism.
• Monitor fleet performance, analyze data, and identify areas for cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national transportation regulations and safety standards.
