Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics management, fleet operations, or transportation.
• Proven experience with fleet management software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety regulations, and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.
• Develop and implement efficient route planning strategies to minimize delivery times and costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of drivers and logistics staff.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee vehicle acquisition, disposal, and lease agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
