You will manage daily dispatch tasks, monitor driver performance, optimize routes for cost and efficiency, and keep accurate records. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills are essential, with familiarity in dispatch

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Logistics Dispatcher or in a similar transportation coordination role.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of local and regional traffic laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
