About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and monitor carrier performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise during transit or delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate regular reports on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Experience in a logistics coordination or similar role within the transport and warehousing sector.
